Dear School Champion, Thank you for enrolling in the Fall 2024 Fresh from the Farm healthy fundraising program.
Submitting Your Order
Beginning September 3, 2024 you can enter your organizations order on the Fresh from the Farm website.
Once you Login you can:
- Submit Orders: Input total number of each bundle type sold or update a previously entered order by 11:59pm on October 17.
- Add Users: Add another school contact who can also edit and update orders.
- Edit Profile: Update the school champion or school administrators contact information. You can also provide important delivery information that will assist our delivery teams. For example, the school receiving area can:
- Accept product on pallets?
- Accept full size delivery trucks and/or trailers?
Reminders
- Invoice will be generated and emailed to the school champion the week of October 21 with various payment options such as credit card, cheque or e-transfer.
- Delivery date notification will be emailed to school champion 10 days prior to your delivery date with the 3 hour delivery window.
- Orders will be delivered from November 4 to December 5 between Monday and Thursday (no Friday deliveries or deliveries the day before a PD Day).
